It's everyone's favourite topic! As Managers and Leaders there are times when conversations must be had that have an unpleasant theme. Whether the issue is a personal one (body odour, for example) or performance related, it's so important to get the message delivery right first time.
In this session we will take you through a process of ensuring the message you have delivered is received clearly, without offence, and that you can build and develop your relationship through these encounters rather than diminish them.
Difficult conversations are difficult for everybody. No one likes having them. But they are necessary if your business/team/self is to thrive.

There are different types of difficult conversations: those that are personal, such as body odour; those that are performance related, such as not hitting targets, lateness; and those that are to do with your own development, where you seek out feedback that will help you develop.
