Mastering Uncertainty Workshop

Most people fear uncertainty. The possibility of failure is terrifying, so much so that doing nothing is often preferable.

“When you become comfortable with uncertainty, infinite possibilities open up in your life.” – Eckhart Tolle

Failure is a necessary part of life, of growth. We cannot be certain of everything, yet many people act as though they are, in conversation, in the workplace, at home. Questioning ourselves and doubting ourselves is a skill that should be developed.

“Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.” – Mark Twain

In this session we will look at how uncertainty benefits us, what questions to ask ourselves in order to develop this necessary skill and how failure can be your ticket to success. You will take away practical skills to improve your performance in the workplace.
