Who you are is defined by what you’re willing to struggle for: what’s really important in your life. Important enough to suffer through early mornings or late nights? Through feedback that might be painful to hear?
Wanting something is not the same. Through identifying what we are willing to suffer for we find our true desires in life, our reason for doing what we do.
“I hated every single day of my training, but I wanted to be the World Champion.” Mohammed Ali
This session explores the value and purpose of suffering in life. How we can use it to drive change. How we can identify what we really care about. We will also address unnecessary suffering and how to break free from habits and situations that cause ‘pain’. This session will equip you with the tools to embrace suffering, use it to gain and to help your team do the same.
