Building on our goal setting session this session delves into how to prioritise to be most effective. Most people don’t get through the amount of work they could easily achieve each day because they don’t prioritise and schedule in the way that they should, or even at all.
We all know the phrase, “Planning prevents poor performance.” It’s true. We just don’t evaluate our performance as ‘poor’ because we’re used to settling for it. If we prioritise and schedule effectively we could achieve so much more.
A plan never survives first contact with the enemy. Plans are worthless planning is everything.
